Modelled on the EU GDPR controller/processor framework — which we consider world-class — and aligned with California's CCPA/CPRA where relevant. Each data source's owner remains the data controller. ALDC operates as the data processor, with a chain of evidence that traces every claim back to source. Members keep authority over their own data.
